.Sophie Moullinu00c2 is a postdoctoral research fellow in the College of Social Sciences at the Educational Institution of Auckland. She earned her Ph.D. in behavioral science as well as social plan from Princeton College and formerly worked as a senior policy consultant on social policy to the U.K. head of state.
